      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hi,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I removed my hub from HomeKit and factory reset it but now when I try to add it back it is stuck to “discovering your device please wait”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i ve seen other similar post where people got a “token” to reset the hub or something like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can somebody help with this issue ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;damien&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reseting things, unfortunately this doesn't seem to resolve the problem, still stuck on "discovering this device". It asks me to bring my phone close to the camera while setting it up, but it seems like I should probably have the phone close to the Base Station instead, no? In either event I've tried both, setting my phone next to the Base Station, standing directly next to the cameras too.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The other way would be to reset the basestation. Doing so would need to have the cameras re-added after the reset. And then I could send another token reset and you can see if that helps. Please let me know if that is how you would like to proceed and I will reset the token again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I deleted my home from HomeKit by mistake, when I tried to scan the Arlo Hub it told me the hub belongs to another home!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess I need the token to be reset without resetting the hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Much appreciate your help,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I reached out to Support Chat and got the token reset and able to reconnect to Home Kit again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
