    <description>&lt;P&gt;I unplugged it for a couple minutes and waited for the LED to turn blue once I reapplied power. It's still asking for the setup code and I do not have a setup code on this base station. Should I return this unit or is there something else I can try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions&lt;/P&gt;
