I can’t find QR code from my base station VMB4540 but I have checked it can be connected to Apple Ho

How can I get the QR code?

There is none. If you see "Library" in your app menu, you use the procedure with not setup code here:

If that procedure fails you can either post back here requesting a "token reset" from the mods, or you can contact support through the support center in the app, and have them do it.
