I've downloaded the Arlo app for an existing account but it won't pick up any cameras?

Are you using the same credentials as the primary account? Or are you wanting to use the "Friend" account feature?

Cameras can only be in one account. It is possible to share them with other accounts, but you cannot install a camera to two accounts at the same time.
