None of my cameras are announced anymore by Alexa since upgrading the Arlo Secure system

Since upgrading the Arlo Secure system with the new interface, none of my cameras are being announced by Alexa anymore. I've tried disabling and re-linking the skill several times, as well as removing the activity zones, but nothing has worked. Any other advice?

The team reviewed your account and are seeing no issues with the devices sending motion events as of Dec 12th. Does that sound correct?

No, that's not correct. Even though I added two new Arlo 5 Pro cameras, I’m still not having any luck. I can view the live camera feed through Alexa Show, but I'm not receiving any motion detection notifications on any of my Alexa devices (I have 5 Alexa devices in total).

Have you enabled motion for announcements on the Alexa app for the desired device(s)?

Yes, it has always been enabled for all 5 cameras
