&lt;P&gt;FWIW, I checked out the T-Mobile network a while back, and successfully connected a VMB5000 to it.&amp;nbsp; But this was not a new setup, all I did was move the VMB5000 from my normal router to the T-Mobile gateway.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The iPhone does need to be connected to the gateway Wifi, and if you use a VPN on the phone it needs to be disabled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you try installing it from a PC (my.arlo.com)?&amp;nbsp; That sometimes will work when the app fails.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, look at the attached devices list on the router, and see if the VMB3500 shows up on that list.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
