      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Firmware&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.25.1.0_1769_1f1c874&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hardware &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;VMB5000r6&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I receive the error "Unable to add accessory", when scanning the QR code on the hub.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have searched the forum and found three relevant solutions:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;- restart hub and phone (multiple times)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;- factory default hub (once)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Neither worked, so I am at the point for the third that seems to be asking for a "remote token reset", please.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You don't scan the QR code on the smarthub.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you see "Library" in your app menu, use the "no setup code" path in this guide:&lt;/P&gt;
