    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 5 arlo cameras linked to my Samsung Smartthings hub and some of them are used in routines that turn on lights when motion is detected. For a long time now I have been annoyed by the fact that lights turn on seamingly randomly every now and then without any motion being detected or&amp;nbsp; notified by the cameras in the Arlo app. If I check the history in the Arlo app there is no motion either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been investigating this issue and tried to identify what causes the false triggers. I don't have a complete picture of root causes but I have at least one way to fully reproduce this issue but I believe there are several causes. I have noticed that if I turn on a light indoors in one of my rooms it will trigger one camera (Arlo Pro 3) that is positioned on the wall outside that room and facing partly along the wall with the window to the room that is being lit. Somehow the indoor light seems to be registered as movement by the camera in Smartthings but no motion is detected in the Arlo app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have another Pro 3 and a doorbell by my front door and one or both those cameras also send false detection sometimes. I am not sure if it's both cameras or only the Pro 3 in this case also. Apart from the 2 Pro 3 and the Doorbell I have two Essential cameras but I have never seen them trigger any false movement in the Smartthings system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This definitely seems like a bug to me and it's really annoying. I love to be able to turn on lights outdoors with help of the cameras but at the same time the family gets spooked and annoyed when it randomly happens for no apparent reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, please have a look at this Arlo. &lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/647372"&gt;@ShayneS&lt;/a&gt; this is what I also mentioned in another post earlier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm more than happy to help out with any further tests to clarify root causes if that can help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was using motion detection to just turn in some lights, but no motion detected event is passed on to smartthings..Tried reconnecting arlo account, reinstalling apps, recreating the scenarios in smartthings buy nothing works. This has happened before and was resolved by arlo..hope they will do it again..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My doorbell camera seems to work but the pro 3&amp;amp;4 cameras that connect through the hub does not work in smartthings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried a hard reset of the hub, then added all cameras again and then added arlo to smartthings but it still does not work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;V.5 app here, android, s24 ultra, but I guess all this is irrelevant because what is broken is the integration with smarthings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The link between smarthings and arlo is being conducted through a smarththings add on which doesn't even require the arlo app to be installed on out phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So te be clear, motion detection works fine with Android and the arlo app notifications.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bit they don't get through to smartthings through the 3rd party arlo service...that is connected through smartthings and only through smartthings&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had my Arlo cameras integrated to my Samsung SmartThings hub for years to trigger actions when motion is detected. Since some time now (weeks or maybe more than a month) it has stopped working. The integration works (can see cameras, turn on/off and see video feed) except for motion detection. No motion detection it's seen in SmartThings. I also tried integrating the cameras to Amazon Alexa and it's not possible to get motion detection there either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this working for others? I have not made any changes to my system. I also tried relinking Arlo and SmartThings but that didn't help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated as all my routines for the cameras are now broken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I thought I was alone with this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue with 5 different Arlo cameras (1 doorbell, 2 essential and 2 pro 3). Currently I get no motion detection in SmartThings and using the Android app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also noticed that there are no motion detection with Alexa integration either so something seems to be severely broken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please fix Arlo! All my automations from cameras are broken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No push of notifications and no battery status anymore in Smartthings.While Switch on off still works with the upgrade &lt;STRONG&gt;towards&lt;/STRONG&gt; App5.0 on Arlo the integration seemed to stop. Exactly with that upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried somehow everything. DeLink. Reconnect...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ST and Arlo on Android. But as Arlo5.0 App works, I also believe it is the API.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW I am running Arlo Cams via Arlo SmartHub and without Arlo Security Plan. Maybe Arlo have changed somthings for 'No License" users or SmartHub users...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No notifications on SmartThings for any of them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On a similar topic - when notifications were working before, I had another recurring issue that I got false movement detected notifications on SmartThings regularly while no motion was detected in the Arlo app. Have others also had this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
