VMB5000 does not connect to apple home

Hi,

I have bought a new WMB5000 smart hub but it will not connect to Apple home kit. I have tried both with Arlo secure app and with Apple Home app, neither work.

I have read that this can somehow be solved with token reset. Can you please help and guide me? Which app should I use after the token reset?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

It works and all my cameras are now connected to HomeKit.
Now how to use Apple Homekit Secure Video with Arlo?

Thanks for the update. Apple Secure video is currently not supported.
