&lt;P&gt;When you live stream the doorbell using the Arlo app, does it connect successfully? You might try removing the doorbell from the app, factory resetting, re-syncing and then re-adding to Alexa and testing to see if you still experience the same behavior.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Dorbell 2nd Gen AVD4001AER1.3 does not work with Alexa</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Trying to connect Doorbell to Alexa, I have Alexa Show Smart Display.&lt;BR /&gt;Connecting the device as described on this page: &lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/000062192/How-can-I-use-my-Arlo-Doorbell-with-Amazon-Alexa" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/000062192/How-can-I-use-my-Arlo-Doorbell-with-Amazon-Alexa&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All looks like connected and I can see the Doorbell in the Alexa device list. All congifured as subested.&lt;BR /&gt;However when I press on Doorbell device on the phone app it's tries to connected to to Live view and shows only Balck screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When I say to Alexa Show to show me Doorbell - it's trying to connect and then says "Cannot connect to Arlo Doorbell"&lt;BR /&gt;When I press doorbell button it's starts ringing on my Phone with Arlo App as the simple phpone call ( the way it's does by default ) but nothing happening on Alexa Show device, no reaction at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;On Alexa app the announcments are turned on for Dorbell button press. Silen mode is OFF... all as per link above for setup instructions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried to restart Dorbell, restart Alexa, Remove and add again.&lt;BR /&gt;All devices are up to date with latest firmware.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kos&lt;/P&gt;</description>
