Hi.

I’m trying to use my Arlo with google home.
Al cameras are working in the google app but the base station is offline in the google app.

i have done all that but it still don’t work 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have internet connection because cameras are working.

I too have followed these steps and have been a user for years, however shortly after linking Arlo to Google Home the base station started showing as offline. It is the same issue related to other users on this thread and the same images apply to my situation.

What are the steps to correct this?

Old topic, but I have this issue too, it appears to effect nothing but the icon on the home app as far as I can tell. I assume google home is not getting communication from the base even though it knows it exists. My previous system from years ago only detected the cameras and not the base

probably just cosmetic, but it would be nice to see the actual status of the base in the google home app.

the Arlo app shows it as being online just fine
