My Arlo Video Doorbell Wireless won't work with Homekit

I have a wireless Arlo Video Doorbell. I have had it connected directly via WiFi but decided i want to be able to use it with HomeKit so I just reconnected it via the Arlo Hub. I can access the Doorbell in the Arlo app but when I go to the Home app all my cameras show up ot her than the doorbell. If I view the Homekit section on the Arlo app again all cameras show up other than the Doorbell.

How do I get the Doorbell to work via HomeKit?

I want to be able to use it with automations such as turning on the front outdoor smart light when motion is detected on the doorbell.

I think homekit support for the AVD2001 is being rolled out now. You'll need to wait for it to be installed via firmware updates (likely both the base and doorbell) before you can add it to homekit.
