    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for resetting the token, but I'm still unable to connect. I restarted the hub multiple times and even reset it and the results are the same. I've been able to connect it in the past so I know it’s possible. Are there any other resets or adjustments you can apply? Or maybe apply another token reset just in case?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your continued support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Respectfully, -RS&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reset your HomeKit token, you can also try removing and reinstalling the Arlo app as well as reboot your base station again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
