      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can I get a token reset. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Since I have a few days off I’m going to try this again. At this point I can’t use it with HomeKit and if I can’t get it to work this time there is no need for me to continue service because I am just throwing money away. &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue.
