How do I use new interface to add VMB4540 smart hub to HomeKit?

I can’t find where to go to settings and HomeKit in the new UI.

any help?

For settings, first go to the "Devices" screen. Then press the 3 dots in the upper right. That will create some animation on the tiles, and also show the settings wheel.
