    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, just now getting back to this. I definitely tried the steps you outlined and described that in my previous response. I've tried again multiple times in the last couple months with the same result. I am always brought to a screen that asks for the homekit code or QR code. I have also checked pretty regularly for a firmware update and found nothing. Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I also need a reset token. Trying to connect to HomeKit and it’s requiring a QR code or the 8digit HomeKit code. Neither came with base station.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reset. Unfortunately, I get the same response. The app walks me through selecting the device, my home, and the room to associate it with, then asks for the 8 digit HomeKit code or to scan the HomeKit QR. I have neither of those, and am not sure how to go about getting them. They did not come with the device. Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
