    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to get some support for getting my Arlo camera to work with HomeKit for 2 months now but every time I raise a support ticket I get one reply and then nothing. I've had a couple of emails that I haven't been able to respond to as every time I click the link I either get a 404 or told the case has been closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't get my camera working with HomeKit and can't get any support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Posting here as I can't think of any other way to get any help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a couple of support ticket numbers -&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;00539726,&amp;nbsp;00541404&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
