Arlo integration

Hi all,

I have a two camera setup and am quite happy with it, but i am upgrading my home to a smarthome and unfortunately Arlo is not playing at all with others. Which is a big shame!

So, before i ditch the cameras and start looking for smth else i can really work with, i want to ask the product team the following:

1) Do you plan to integrate with Smartthings? If so, when can we expect some good news?

2) Do you plan to provide access to the rtsp feed? Again, when?

3) Why don't you enable access to the twin USB ports?

4) What is the protocol being used for connecting the cameras with the baes station? Is it Zigbee? Which version?

Last but not least, why are you persisting on a closed ecosystem approach? ?It is not good for your clients and in the end it won't be good for your business as well.

I would deeply appreciate a prompt and responsible answer.

I don't have any information at this time on what additional features are to be added. You make great suggestions however and I encourage you to visit the Arlo Idea Exchange. Some of the things you mention already exist there and you can support the idea by giving it kudos. Thank you for your contribution!
