Where do I find the setup code for basestation vmb4540 so I can pair with HomeKit? No longer have original packaging.

You might need a token reset - mods here ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) can do that for you.

It should be online!

My husband set up the account and although I have administrative rights, accessing the devices through my arlo app is limited. Will this be an issue?

You'll need to set up homekit using his account.
