Apple HomeKit Token reset

I had my arlo cameras connected to homekit for a while now. I noticed it stopped working and when I try to add it to homekit, it doesnt show up. I need the homekit token reseted. Thank you

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Hi, sorry to be a nuisance, I’m having same issues. Is there any possibility you could do the same for me please. My basestation is a VMB4000r3.
