    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the base station VMB4000r3. I have been sent a token. I have power cycled my base station. I am still unable to connect this to Apple Home kit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) If I go through the Arlo app it does not have an Apple HomeKit option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) If I go through Apple HomeKit it asks for a code or to scan a QR code. There is no code or QR code on my model base station.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise me on how to fix this so my cameras work with Apple HomeKit like they should.       <description>&lt;P&gt;That seems to have changed the behavior but now it's asking for a Setup Code which I do not seem to have. There was no code included in the packaging nor on the device&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue.
