    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need a subscription to get phone support.&amp;nbsp; If your friend has that, they can go into the support area of the app.&amp;nbsp; They should see a phone support option in there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Firestick Camera goes directly to Buffering</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a smart tv and Alexa and my cameras get along fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But with firestick, I get one second on the camera, then it goes to buffering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything else works fine on the firestick, I have plenty of space 2 G....and I have the cameras all set to low video and low flicker rate.&amp;nbsp; Doesnt solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I shut all my programs on the firestick and still doesnt help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network signal good. Firestick says I can handle 1080p but I have the cameras set much lower.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
