Connecting VBM5000r6 to HomeKit

I just bought and installed two ultra 2 cameras with the VBM5000r6 Basestation, however, I can not get the basestation to connect to my HomeKit. The error message I get is "Unable to Add Accessory. This accessory cannot be used with HomeKit. Is there anything I can do to get this up and running? It is very frustrating.

You need a token reset from Arlo Once that happens, you restart the smarthub. Then you can add it to homekit.

The mods ( @JamesC or @ShayneS ) can do that for you (and will reply on this thread). Or you can contact support.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
