So, with Arlo EOL announcements, I had to upgrade my Arlo Cameras. Got rid of several Pro and Pro 2 devices and added Essential wired, Essential Wireless and Pro 5s devices. The Essential Wired and wireless devices show up with no problem. The previously integrated Pro 4 units also show up.

The Pro5 units do not show up at all.

Any idea how to make them work with SmartThings?

Arlo Pro 5S 2K cameras integrate with Alexa, Google and IFTTT. SmartThings integration is not available at this time. Keep an eye on arlo.com and here on the community for announcements about new features and integrations.

Thank you for the response. I have a ticket open with ARLO support as well.

That's disappointing. Any idea when the integration will work with the new camera?

I just purchased 4 Arlo Pro 5s to replace my old Arlo Pros. Just noticed that my new cameras do not show-up in SmartThings which is disappointing since I have all my home automation (including my old Arlo Pros) setup in SmartThings.

Nope. Arlo support closed my ticket and said they will announce it when it's ready.

If SmartThings integration is not available at this time, how about Arlo quits advertising on its website that

"The Arlo Pro 5S 2K security camera is one of the best security devices that is completely compatible with Samsung Smart Things."

It is entirely misleading customers to believe the product does something that it currently does not.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I've confirmed with the team that the information in the article you've linked was posted in error. I'm currently working with the appropriate team to get this article updated to reflect the correct information.

To clarify, SmartThings integration is not yet compatible with Pro 5S 2K at the time of my posting today. Certification is currently in process but I do not have an ETA for availability at this time.
