It never goes past the &lt;SPAN&gt;“Please wait discovering your device” screen..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can I initiate a ‘token reset’ myself, or does someone from the support team need to assist me with that?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
