I tried to add my Arlo into my homekit but it stuck when saying discovering your device.

I tried to reboot the base but still not solve the problem.

I heard there is token to reset can you help? Thanks

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Hi ,

thanks for help, but i still dont see any device when I try to setup the homekit.

it is still discovering but nothing show up

Hi,

I try to setup from the homekit, now I can see there is saying “Device found” but it just keep circling and not finding anything? can you help ! Thank you.
