Apple HomeKit stuck at "Discovering your device. Please wait."

I tried to connect my Arlo cameras to my home in Homekit, but it got stuck at “Discovering your device”. How do I fix this? I have the VMB5000 hub.

Finnoy,

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

If you're still experiencing an issue, you may need to remove, factory reset, and re-onboard your base station.

After resetting the hub and adding it again, the problem is still there. Kan you try to send another token?

I gave it a couple of days to process the token just in case, but the problem is still there. It gets stuck when I press "Homekit"
