Hello, how do I get a token reset? Trying to connect apple HomeKit to product: VMB400 but just sits in "Discovering your devices. Please wait." In other posts it looks like some from Arlo support has reset tokens to resolve this.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Have tried all the recommended approaches for connecting my basestations and pro 2 camera to apple homekit but all get is searching for devices

I need a token reset for my Arlo base as well. Base and cameras no longer connect to Apple HomeKit
