Arlo doorbell not integrating with Alexa

I have the wireless video doorbell and I am trying to integrate it with Alexa to announce when someone is at the door and to show a live feed of the video when the doorbell is pressed.

I have tried doing this via routines and via the camera settings within the Alexa app and nothing works. When test triggering the routine within the Alexa app it works fine but when I have movement or press the button on the doorbell, nothing happens.
