&lt;P&gt;That means you didn't actually accept the invite.&amp;nbsp; If you have access to the primary account, look to see if the friend status is "Pending" or "Accepted".&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it is "Pending" (or if you don't know for sure):&amp;nbsp; Try clicking on the "create account" control in the invite on a PC.&amp;nbsp; That will open my.arlo.com in the default browser.&amp;nbsp; You can just log in there (since the account already exists).&amp;nbsp; That should complete the acceptance of the invite.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
