Is Arlo compatible with NVMS7000 monitoring software by ILS? If so how would I add tthe cams to my current monitoring environment so that I have a consistent platform.

I'm not familiar with that software but generally, no, it won't be compatible directly. However, maybe something could be cooked up with IFTTT to allow what you need.

Edit: After looking up the software, it talks about IP cameras which Arlo is not. Also, the idea of continual monitoring from an Arlo wireless system isn't doable due to the need to not discharge batteries quickly. The Arlo Q is powered so may be a better fit but is still not an IP camera.
