topic Not sure in Partner Integrations

I have just moved into a new house, and I saw 3 Arlo cameras hanging in different areas of the house. It’s a 2017 house, but the seller didn’t not leave neither the base station nor the charger. What do I need to do to identify which camera model I have and how do I make them work?

Thankfully,

Romeo

If you look inside the camera battery compartment the model code should be sticker.
VMC....
Match that number to the forum camera board to download the technical manual for further instructions.

(Note that arlo devices have a security feature preventing them from being stolen so unless the previous owner removed them from their account they can’t be added to another account so making them house bricks.)

Worst case you will need new batteries, a base station and battery charger and cables. Modem/router from your isp provider and Ethernet cables.
