&lt;P&gt;I've sent a token reset request to your Base Station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the Base Station to come back online.       <title>Token Reset for Apple HomeKit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to request a token reset as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been pulling my hair out for at least a year trying to get my VMB4000 to connect to HomeKit. It did at one point years ago, but after needing to redo the connection it has never been able to find the device when doing a HomeKit setup ever again. I have followed the article instructions (resets, firmware update, etc) to no avail, so I’m hoping a HomeKit token refresh might fix this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
