    <description>Hi Jessica.&lt;BR /&gt;It just keeps searching for/ discovering the device but it never finds it.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried resetting the base station, and now the Internet LED is green but the app is saying the base station is offline.</description>

      <description>Actually I think I’ve resolved it. Had to do another hard reset and it seems to be working now. Thank you.</description>
