      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I Can't connect my arlo to my homekit. Apparently getting a token reset from arlo fixes the issue, but i'm not eligible for customer support. (Which is completely absurd considering how much this hardware costs) Anyhow, is there any chance I can get a token reset please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've sent a token reset request to your Base Station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the Base Station to come back online.
