Base station not showing HomeKit in settings. No HomeKit button under my Base Station.

I’ve read about 1 million different articles trying to figure out how to integrate my base station with HomeKit. My firmware is up-to-date. There is no HomeKit button under my base station settings in the app after multiple resets and restarts of everything. Base station did not have a qr to add through Home app. Suggestions please.

Have you tried referring to this article with setting up your Base Station to Apple HomeKit? This also explains how to set it up without a setup code: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Yes I have and in fact the article states exactly what my problem is: without a code you need the HomeKit button to be showing up. And that is the issue.

For further assistance to get your Base Station connected to your Apple HomeKit, navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.
