ArloPro VMB4000r3 unable to integrate with Samsung Smartthings. Shows "factor is incorrect".

I've been wanting to add my Arlo to Samsung Smartthings so I can see my cameras on my TV. I'm able to get to the step where I put in my user (email) and password, but after that I get the image below. I have confirmed that my user and pass are correct. The boxes are not places to place text. Any suggestions?

Embedded images are manually reviewed by Arlo before they are displayed. That can take a while.

I don't use SmartThings, so I can't help on the main problem.

Yes I do, but I got it to work yesterday. Even though I have an Arlo Pro, I decided to try Arlo Pro 2 during the setup and it worked. Thank you.
