Arlo Wireless Video Doorbell button is pushed it doesn't chime on my Alexa

I've had Arlo Camera's for years. I recently purchased the Wireless Video Doorbell with the intentions of not hooking it up to my old doorbell and using my Alexa's throughout my house to notify me when the doorbell is pushed. I added the doorbell to my system and when the button is pushed it doesn't chime on my Alexa. I can pull up video, the app notifies me when video is triggered and I get a phone call when the button is pushed. Help!

Hi gordylauren,

Try removing the Arlo Alexa Skill and re-adding it back on to see if that might help. Also make sure that you have Silent Mode toggled off from the Arlo app and you have Do Not Disturb turned off on the Alexa device settings.
