    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently set up my arlo cameras on my Smartthings app and wanted to verify whether I did so improperly or there are limits to the integration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) The two way features that allows me to communicate from my phone (using the Arlo app) is grayed out when I use the camera through Smartthings (screenshot attached).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Can I actually change modes, such as disarmed to armed vis Smartthings or do I need to do so through&amp;nbsp; the Arlo app itself?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clarification would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/421836i942ED3133AB8BD5D/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Copyright" border="0" alt="Screenshot_20210327-103947_SmartThings.jpg" title="Screenshot_20210327-103947_SmartThings.jpg" /&gt;</description>
