Arlo Cameras Motion detection and Alexa Notification. Created routine but won't work any camera.

I cannot get the routine to work that Arlo motion detection is announced by my echo spot, even though I am following the instructions to the T. I have an Arlo Pro and several earlier Camera version

I've created a routine where if motion is detected Alexa will announce a message for me but it does not work for any camera despite following the instructions step by step.

I have removed and added the skill several times, i’ve gone through everything but for some unknown reason the announcements never work.

Does this side of the Arlo work and has anyone ever managed to get it working?

I see several posts discussing it, but it seems a reliable solution has never been found?
