Cannot sync lights to router

Ok, I give up I have tried everything to get the lights to sync with my router so back to the store they go.

The lights will not sync directly to your router, you need to sync the bridge to your router and then the lights to the bridge. For more information on how this is done, take a look here: How do I set up my Arlo Security Light system?
