Can't install ABB1000 security light and bridge to new app

Je ne parviens pas à configurer l'Arlo Bridge fourni avec mon système Arlo Light Security. Que puis-je faire avoir tout essayer ci-dessous?

Si vous n'êtes pas parvenu à configurer votre Arlo Bridge, essayez les solutions suivantes :

Vérifiez que Bluetooth est activé sur votre appareil mobile. Oui
Vérifiez que votre Arlo Bridge est connecté à votre routeur. Si le voyant de votre Arlo Bridge clignote en orange, essayez les solutions suivantes :
Déplacez votre Arlo Bridge pour le rapprocher de votre routeur. C'est fait à des distances de 1 mètre à 3 mètres.
Essayez de réduire le nombre de murs entre votre routeur et l'Arlo Bridge. Les murs épais ou isolés peuvent réduire la portée.
Vérifiez que la bande Wifi 2,4 GHz de votre routeur est activée. Oui

Votre Arlo Bridge ne parvient pas à se connecter à un réseau 5 GHz.
Vérifiez que le protocole de sécurité de votre routeur est configuré sur WPA2. Configuration WPA2

WEP et WPA ne sont pas pris en charge.
Si le filtrage d'adresse MAC est activé, vérifiez que l'adresse MAC de l'Arlo Bridge figure sur la liste blanche. L'adresse MAC et IP apparaîent sur la zone WI-FI 2.4GHz de mon routeur

Vous trouverez l'adresse MAC de votre Arlo Bridge sur l'étiquette de la boîte dans laquelle votre système Arlo Security Light ou votre Arlo Bridge supplémentaire a été livré.
Vérifiez que votre appareil mobile et votre Arlo Bridge sont bien connectés au même réseau Wifi.

Ils sont connectés sur le même réseau WI-FI de mon routeur.
Si vous êtes actuellement connecté à un VPN, vérifiez qu'il est désactivé. Il n'y a pas de VPN
Prenez soin de désactiver vos éventuels logiciels antivirus et firewalls pendant la configuration de votre Arlo Bridge. Il n'y a pas de antivirus ou Firewalls.
Vérifiez que votre Arlo Bridge n'est pas branché à une source d'alimentation située au sol. Par exemple, si votre Arlo Bridge est branché à un bloc multiprise situé au sol, déplacez-le vers une prise murale plus haute. Le Arlo Bridge est branché dans une prise murale à proximité du routeur.
Effectuez une réinitialisation et réessayez la procédure de configuration : 3 tentatives de réinitialisation a été effectuées. Ça fait 2 heures que j'essai de configurer ce Bridge.
Débranchez votre bridge, puis rebranchez-le à une prise murale.
Patientez jusqu'à ce que le voyant devienne violet clignotant, puis appuyez sur le bouton Sync et maintenez-le enfoncé.
Continuez à appuyer sur le bouton Sync jusqu'à ce que le voyant devienne orange fixe, environ 15 secondes, puis relâchez le bouton Sync .
Patientez jusqu'à ce que le voyant devienne orange clignotant, environ 90 secondes.
Votre bridge est à présent réinitialisé avec ses paramètres par défaut.
réessayez la procédure.

La procédure de configuration s'effectue jusqu'à l'étape du message «Incapable de se connecteur au routeur, vérifiez que la connection est en ligne...» et la procédure bloque à ce niveau. C'est quoi le problème alors qu'avec mon IPhone 11 je suis capable d'accéder au réseau Internet sans problème avec le même compte fourni au Arlo Bridge lors de la procédure.

P.S. Dans un autre compte, je possède 5 caméras de type Arlo, Arlo essentiel et Arlo Pro 3 et ça a pris 10 minutes à configurer et ça fonctionne parfaitement.

C'est quoi le problème avec le Arlo Bridge ABB1000 ?

Le pire dans cette situation, et que si le Arlo Bridge n'est pas configurable alors les 3 lumières, AL1101, fournit avec l'ensemble ne servent à rien puisqu'on ne peut pas les utiliser sans le bridge à cause que ces lumières utilisent la communication Bluetooth😡😭.

J'apprécierai une réponse de votre part car sinon c'est fini des produits Arlo pour moi.

Je n'ai jamais réussi à intégrer le pont et les lumières à mon compte Arlo.

Arlo bridge and lights were not initially supported on the UX4 but i don't believe they added support for it. I have one that doesn't connect either.

after migrating to UX4. I even removed, reset and onboard after reading this thread again to validate. It is still offline.

yes offline and have a blinking purple on the hub.

Were you able to factory reset the Security light and reinstall it then it went offline?

Did the device appear online and function at any point after reinstallation?

doesn't matter how many times i reset and onboard, it doesn't come online, but i can see the dhcp assigned to the bridge on the router.

Okay, let me correct myself. Looks like the Arlo bridge and lights are supported on the UX4.

I was finally able ti get the bridge ABB1000 online finally. It was due to the firmware update it went through.

- Remove the light from account

- Remove the bridge from account

- Reset the bridge and onboard

The bridge firmware needs to be on 2.0.1.0_307_376, few things to keep in mind for it to work

- Be on the same network and bridge being connected to

- Ensure DNS resolutions work

- Reset/Onboard until this firmware update is successful (prior attempts did indicate the firmware was up to date but didn't come online)

The light needs to be on 3.2.51

If you have the light on account with lower firmware, I believe the bridge doesn't update. So ensure to remove the light, bridge, reset, then onboard.

I have 2 of 3 security lights online now, need to figure out why i am unable to onboard 3rd one which was working before ... different issue now.

I am having the exact same issue after a power outage. I suspect the power outage fried my bridge. I’ve tried multiple times to reset up the bridge and the light with no success. How can I determine if the bridge is no longer functioning properly?

Even after updating to 5.0.2, still can't get the Arlo bridge to connect to WiFi. The security lights have been out since the last two software updates. Please create a hotfix and address the bridge connectivity issue.
