After installing a Firewalla Gold firewall, all cameras came back online, but not my two light bridges. It seems the bridges don't just need internet access, they need to receive inbound internet traffic. Do I have that correct? During the setup process, the bridge will acquire an IP address, but won't show up on the app and the front light on the bridge will not show it's online unless I allow inbound traffic? Why is that?

Once I allow inbound traffic, set up the bridge then turn off inbound traffic, the light connected to this bridge is controllable but the app shows the bridge offline. I assume that any rules I set up to control another device will not work unless inbound internet traffic is unblocked, correct?
