    <description>&lt;P&gt;No I'm trying to open case by entering information in the form presented on the site. I used couple of times in last few months and worked fine, but now suddenly it is not working for over 3-4 days now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Chat is also not available every time I checked. I'll call as last option. Hopefully that will work &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to create a support case for Arlo Bridge/Security Lights since over 48 hours. Every time I try, getting following error. Not sure if this is just me or something site wide issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H1&gt;Page Unavailable&lt;/H1&gt;
&lt;H5&gt;Sorry, but the requested page is unavailable due to a server issue. Our engineers are working on it, please check back later.&lt;/H5&gt;
