Arlo Security Light & solar panel is not working

When I plug a solar panel into the security light it locks up and goes offline. The battery is fully charged and works fine until I try to hook a solar panel to the light.

I'd try the solar panel on another Arlo device such as a camera. It sounds like a hardware problem that needs to be tracked down. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for hardware problems/replacements.

I’ve tried a couple solar panels one light workEd for about a month now it’s off line. I have 3 lights outside and Could only get the solar panel to work on one now it’s down. I’ve switch the solar panel from the camera to light And light goes off line. If I switch and use the light solar panel it works fine on the camera.
