I realized the arlo security lights weren't working and noticed the batteries were dead. I brought it inside to charge and left it on for over 24hrs to make sure it had a good charge and when I unplugged the device, it automatically goes offline on my app bc the battery is dead. It won't charge. The system is under a year old. What am I doing wrong?
