Arlo Light won't sync to Bridge

won't Sync but other two did. Unplugged the Bridge and waited to reconnect and tried to sync but no luck Removed the bridge to my Arlo and installed it again but no luck. It would flash light after you inserted the battery then hit sync and it would blink blue lights to sync but says failed to sync. serial number 5LK2875207DEC MODEL AL1101

could be a defective light. I found that several times I had to remove the battery and firmly press it in even after it synced.
