Arlo security light when motion is detected, they produce NO light

My lights are networked because they turn cameras on successfully when motion is detected, however they produce NO light. What can this be?

Is it day time? The light do not come on in the day tho the motion sensor will function and trigger cameras

Or the light may be off in settings
