Bridge remains solid purple... at this point it’s been 2 days of trying different things to get these lights working. Why won’t it connect to my router? My router is a NETGEAR wnr200v4 is this compatible?

do a reset on the Bridge and try again

https://kb.arlo.com/000061857/How-do-I-perform-a-factory-reset-on-my-Arlo-Bridge

Press and hold the Sync button on the bridge for about 15 seconds until the status LED changes to solid amber and then release the Sync button. In about 90 seconds, the LED changes to blinking amber. This indicates that the factory reset is complete

It sounds like this is a hardware issue with the bridge. Are you able to exchange the bridge? If not, please reach out to me in a private message so I can connect you with the support team for potential RMA.
