    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue. They should be able to assist you with the sensor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
